We make shirts for people with a pickleball problem. If yours arrived with a problem of its own, here's what to do.
When We've Got Your Back
We'll make it right if you received:
- The wrong item - wrong size, wrong design, wrong anything
- A damaged or defective product - printing defects, quality issues out of the box
All requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date. If you're eligible, reach out to us at [support@dinkaddicts.com] and we'll sort it out - no paddle required.
What This Policy Doesn't Cover
Because our products are made-to-order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer's remorse (we believe in your choices)
- Sizing errors when the correct size was ordered
- Minor color variations between screen and print
